For more than 20 years, Del Vacchio Landscapes & Christmas Decor has provided hassle-free Christmas light installation services, in addition to 35 years of experience in landscape and hardscape design, installation, and maintenance. Our full-service Christmas Decor programs include a collaborative design that meets your preferences and budget, safe installation by an experienced crew, and service throughout the season.
We use commercial-grade decor which is carefully and professionally installed by our team. In the event you need service during the season, that is included with our program. Our Christmas Decor Service Program covers any problems that arise during the season.
While all of our decorations are professionally installed commercial grade decor, there is always the potential for problems with anything exposed to the weather, so if any issues arise, our team will be out to handle them, generally within 48 hours. Service on certain dates during the season is limited, and no service is available on December 25 or January 1. Our service program covers issues through December 31st. Have an event after New Year’s and want to keep your lights up longer? No problem, we can provide additional service, at an additional cost.
As with all of our services, you’ll enjoy upfront pricing, clear communication, and a dedicated team throughout the holiday season. After the season, we encourage you to review options for next season with your account manager, and commit now to get priority scheduling next season! We will also discuss additional items you might want to include in your decor next year.

How we create a seamless, enjoyable experience for you
Your experience with us depends on what type of service you require! Even so, each process has plenty in common: a dedicated crew, safe job sites, and friendly service.
Here's what to expect:
1. Get in Touch
Fill out our contact form. A member of our team will contact you within 24 hours to learn more about your project and schedule an on-site consultation.
2. Design Consultation
On-Site Consultation
Schedule an on-site consultation with one of our designers. We will explain how our full-service decorating program works, discuss different decor options for your home, and provide you with an itemized proposal.
Virtual Consultation
In many cases, we can provide you with a proposal without even visiting your property! This can be a great option, because our schedule fills quickly during the holiday season, and the quicker we get you signed up, the quicker we can get you on our schedule.
Upload photos of your home and we will send you a proposal by email, normally within 48-hours. After receiving your photos, if we feel an on-site consultation will be beneficial, we will contact you to set up a time to meet.
Commercial Properties
We normally prefer to meet on-site for commercial properties.
Digital Design
Whether we provide you a virtual proposal, or meet on-site, we can provide you with a digital design of your decorated home for a design fee of $49. This design fee will be credited to your decor package when you decide to move forward. Design fees are not refundable if you choose not to move forward with our decorating service.
3. Get Scheduled!
When you decide on the decorating options you would like to include, we will provide you with a final proposal for approval. A 50% down payment is due with your agreement to schedule your job. The remaining balance is due by November 1st.

4. Installation
We normally install Christmas Decor in two rounds:
In October we begin installing roof lights, and tree lights when possible, but don't worry we are not lighting anything up yet.
Beginning in early November we return to install the rest of your decor. We can light it up now, or set it up to be lit when you are ready for it.
6. Takedown
The best part: after the holiday, we return to take everything down! Many of our clients like their decor up until Little Christmas, or even a little longer, so you can choose from multiple timeframes when you would like your decor down. We remove everything and store it until next season!
We encourage you to review options for next season with your account manager, and commit now to get priority scheduling next season! We will also discuss additional items you might want to include in your decor next year.

Ryan came to our home with Techo-Bloc samples and laid out various options to create the perfect outdoor living space proposal. When the crew arrived, they were professional, hard working, and always cleaned up trash and debris each day. Friends all love hanging out, and we can't wait for more memories in our outdoor retreat.
